Tillman, an accomplished personal and professional developer, has worked in the consulting business for over 14 years in the political and entertainment realms. Her diverse working history ranges from the campaign manager for House of Representatives elect to the Executive Assistant for No Limit Entertainment. Tillman, a Electrical Engineering graduate of Southern University, has taken her knowledge and skills to the young people in her community to educate, motivate and inspire them for greatness.

YOUTHanasia Foundation was established in 1997 to combat teen violence in New Orleans. Kimberly Byas-Dilosa, the founder, felt the need to take the steps to protect teens in the community and in her family. After hearing the concerns of others around her, she realized most  shared the same concerns.  “I had a little sister and younger cousins who were teenagers growing up in ‘the murder capital of the nation.’ So I was compelled to protect them at all cost. So before I knew it, I had a busload of kids following me around (and I was only 22 years old, and a new college grad)!”
